Can’t Find the Blue Support Chat Button? If the blue support chat button is not visible, it may be due to an Ad Blocker or browser settings blocking the chat popup. To access the support chat, please disable any Adblocker or blocking extensions. For users of the Brave Browser, ensure that Brave Shields are turned off for our website so the support button can be displayed. Alternatively, try accessing the support chat on a different device, such as a smartphone. Or try with a new browser. If you still can not see the button, feel free to reach us on  [email protected]  but expect longer reply times than the live chat.
